In December 2024 members of the TJ Maxx Bargaining Committee began negotiations for their next contract update. Members took action, rallying outside in freezing temperatures before their shifts, to let the company know that we stand strong. After four long days, the bargaining committee unanimously endorsed a new agreement for ratification, which won overwhelming support with members.
